Cancellation of a purchase transaction made on Yasmin's website will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741 - 1981 ("the Law"), as detailed below:
Cancellation of a purchase transaction made on the site will be possible by submitting a request to cancel the transaction and receiving a refund on behalf of the customer, in the ways detailed below in this document, within 14 days from the date of submitting the request to cancel the transaction (or from the date of receipt of the document containing the transaction details, whichever is later).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, cancellation of a transaction by a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant
(as defined in the law) will be possible within 4 months from the said date, in accordance with what is specified in the law.

In the cancellation notice, the customer must state their full name and ID number.
Returns/exchanges will not be allowed for a product that was created and/or customized specifically for the customer.
When canceling a purchase in accordance with this document, the customer will be refunded the price paid (or that part of the transaction price paid by him) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice sent by the customer. The refund will be made by offsetting a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
The refund will actually be made within 14 days from the date of submitting the request to cancel the transaction.
A customer wishing to cancel a product purchase will return the product by registered mail to the address specified above, along with an invoice/exchange voucher/proof of purchase.
